Go Hasegawa A+U Lecture Series: Go Hasegawa in London

9 June 2017 | A+U had the wonderful opportunity to collaborate with the Architectural Association School of Architecture in London, UK, in the summer of 2017 with a lecture by Go Hasegawa.

In his lecture entitled “Amplitude in the Experience of Space”, Hasegawa speaks about his perspective of how architectural spaces are able to take away or awaken the abilities and sensations that humans possess innately.

“Through practice, I have always been conscious of this, that is, how can we expand our abilities and sensations with architectural spaces?”, Go Hasegawa.

The concept and points of view on characteristics including spatial dimension, gravity, and time were elaborated through a presentation of Hasegawa’s various projects.
